YAVA produces tasty and healthy, ready to eat breakfast products and snacks in Indonesia. Founded with a social mission, YAVA sources and collaborates directly with local farmers, provide employment and upskilling opportunities in rural Indonesia.
Beyond just a business, YAVA is committed to boosting the economic situation and ultimately, health of rural communities in Eastern Indonesia. Our concept of a “healthy village” involves sufficient job opportunities and equitable markets for small-scale farmers. With a focus in empowerment of women as a crucial to strengthening village capacity.

Our Mission
AnaKardia Kids
AnaKardia Kids, an onsite facility at our factory, accommodates 50 children each day. The unique name is derived from ‘anacardium occidentale,’ the Latin term for the cashew tree, and ‘anak,’ the Indonesian word for child.
Through AnaKardia Kids, we are enriching the lives of children in Desa Ban. We strive to give them a jump-start in life by offering a secure, healthy, and stimulating early learning environment. We take immense pride in creating opportunities for the children in our community.
Farmer Development Program
YAVA is deeply committed to the welfare of our farmers and the responsible use of local land. Our engagement with farmers includes teaching sustainable farming methods, establishing Village Drying Centers, and enhancing the quality of agriculture products through seed and nursery distribution initiative.
We view our collaboration with local farmers as a long-term partnership, which manifests in two ways:
We provide essential knowledge on sustainable farming practices, such as mulching, pruning, and the use of locally available fertilizers.
Secondly, we collaborate to enhance existing crop economic opportunities or create new ones.
